• Starting wage: $9.30/hr – $10.81/hr.
• In a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20.00/hr (inclusive of tips).

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting.
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests.
• Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the day and at the end of the shift.
• Optional ski/snowboard out after work (location dependent).
• Other duties as assigned.

• No formal experience required; we will teach all necessary skills.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lb.

The expected pay range is $9.30/hr – $10.81/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
