- Starting wage: $9.30/hr – $10.81/hr.
- In a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20.00/hr (inclusive of tips).

- Make connections with guests and co‑workers.
- Share our passion for the mountains during service.
- Follow leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting.
- Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests.
- Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the day and at the end of the shift.
- Optional ski/snowboard out after work (location dependent).
- Other duties as assigned.
- No formal experience required; we will teach all necessary skills.
- Desire to learn and grow.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lb.
The expected pay range is $9.30/hr – $10.81/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
