- Build and grow a thriving independent agent business.
- Leverage leads, quoting tools, training resources, and other support to focus on selling.
- Maintain client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
- 4–5 years of experience as an independent insurance agent.
- Licensed and authorized to sell health and supplemental insurance products.
- Strong sales and business‑development skills.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients.
