Position available in metro Atlanta, North Georgia, and surrounding areas. On-call residential and/or commercial property inspections as needed.
PayBase pay range: $25,000.00/yr - $/yr

We are seeking experienced residential and/or commercial property inspectors to join our team as Independent Contractors. Flexible scheduling based on the inspector’s available times; on-call during weekdays and possibly weekends.

Part-time, Contract
Salary$25,000.00 to $75,000.00 / year
Responsibilities- Inspect residential and/or commercial properties according to ASHI and/or Inter
NACHI standards. - Operate as an Independent Contractor; take inspection orders as they come in and schedule yourself (YOU provide availability).
- Minimum of 2 years of inspection/continuing education experience.
- Must be a member of ASHI, Inter
NACHI, and/or ICC associations. - This is an opportunity to grow your book of business.
- Ideal candidate: dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, detail-oriented, autonomous.
- Must be a Certified Property Inspector (CPI)
- Active inspection association membership (ASHI, Inter
NACHI, ICC, etc.): 1+ year (Required) - 2+ years of home inspection experience (Required)
- New construction/Pre-Drywall: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Home inspection report writing: 2+ years (Required)
- Valid Driver's License
- Must pass the NHIE
- Must conduct 1 or more add-on service
