Location:
Bethel, VT (projects across New England)

• Competitive salary $26.00–$32.00 per hour (dependent on experience and CDL license class)
• Limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license (reduced amount available for non‑CDL)

• Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process.
• Ensure pull‑in tube is prepared for installation by inspecting D‑Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable.
• Install the tube with winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate equipment.
• Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment works properly.
• Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, booster hose, etc.
• Learn / train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment.
• Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment.
• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job sites and shop.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician (highly preferred).
• OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL and meet Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (hazmat endorsement preferred but not required).
• Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors on job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
• Must be able to travel weekly up to 85% of the time (potentially out of state).
