Organization

Spruce Peak is a premier Vermont mountain community located adjacent to the Stowe Resort. The Lodge and Club offer year‑round activities and high‑standard service to residents and guests alike.

Responsibilities

The Facilities Technician will respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, guests, and management, ensuring timely resolution of all issues. This role requires a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting and solving a variety of building maintenance issues.

Pay and Experience

Pay Range: $23.00 – $29.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in using basic maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
