Skilled Carpenters Wanted at ReArch Construction
ReArch Construction is a leading construction management and real estate development firm dedicated to ethical conduct, superior customer service, sustainable practices, and advocacy of client needs. We are expanding our operations in Southern Vermont and New Hampshire and seeking skilled carpenters for projects in Putney, VT.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to ReArch’s Self-Perform Business Manager and supervising site superintendents, carpenters will perform a variety of tasks based on experience, including wood framing, metal framing, installation of doors, hardware, windows, trim, cabinets, millwork, and other construction components. Duties also involve using power and hand tools safely, maintaining equipment, and complying with ReArch’s strict safety standards. This role requires constant standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field is highly preferred. Desired experience includes rough carpentry, casework, millwork, gypsum wallboard (GWB) installation, wall patching and painting, doors, frames, hardware, and general construction knowledge. Candidates must be skilled in power and hand tools, understand safety procedures and guidelines, and be physically capable of standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
