The NFI Vermont DBT House is looking for a charismatic, organized and confident individual to help guide one of our residential programs. The NFI DBT House is a group home that has been recognized for positive outcomes in the lives of adolescents over the last 15 years. Located in Vernon, VT, the DBT House serves 4 youth and their families by providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn, develop and practice personal and life skills.

Responsibilities: Program development, staff supervision, creating positive team culture, collaborating with clinical staff and community partners, etc. Additionally, candidates must be able to communicate effectively and motivate others. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and background check required. We offer a generous benefits package, including tuition reimbursement. This position requires a Master's degree and experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral challenges.
