The project involves developing and supporting microservices that power the client’s e-commerce platform. The role focuses on creating scalable, high-quality solutions using Golang, AWS, and Kubernetes, with an emphasis on event-driven patterns. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer and business needs while ensuring efficient and effective communication.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions;
• Develop and maintain new and existing software systems with a focus on quality and technical excellence;
• Implement and promote efficient software management and technical workflows to enhance collaboration;
• Advocate for user experience and empathetic design principles;
• Build features that leverage user behavior insights to improve the customer experience;
• Deliver software projects with a high degree of autonomy and accountability;

• 5+ years of development experience;
• Strong knowledge of Golang and AWS;
• Experience with Kubernetes and event-driven architecture patterns;
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software projects with autonomy;
• Excellent English communication skills (B1+ or higher) to discuss project details and requirements with stakeholders;
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
