Job Summary

The Competition Center seeks motivated and passionate coaches for programs across Alpine, Freestyle, and Snowboard disciplines. We aim to provide opportunities for athletes to excel and enjoy their sport. The role involves coaching on weekends and holidays, with options to coach at camps and other competition events.

Job Specifications
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $23.23/hr
  • Part-Time, weekends and holidays
  • Entry level skill required
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe, positive environment for skill development and love for the sport
  • Follow guidelines and plans to deliver effective training
  • Assist athletes in setting and achieving goals
  • Develop and implement training plans with the coaching team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
  • Prior coaching/racing experience and USSS/USASA certification (Level 100+) preferred, or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to ski/ride safely in all conditions for prolonged periods
  • Proven ability to inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels
