What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Ensure successful business outcomes for customers leading to retention and expansion by collaborating with account teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to align with their business needs
  • Identify integration opportunities for Tanium solutions within customer business processes to enhance ROI
  • Manage activities and data to drive adoption and value against customer agreements
  • Support Executive Business Reviews and contribute to internal practice development efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Renewals, or Service Management/Professional Services, preferably in a SaaS business model
  • Demonstrated consulting and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology
  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Eagerness to learn technology foundations and become a technical advisor on the Tanium platform
