Floating Teacher

Charlotte Children’s Center is looking for another member to join our team. Currently, we are most interested in candidates who feel passionate about working with infants and young toddlers, as we have recently expanded our capacity to provide care to these ages.

We are a small (but growing) non-profit, child-centered, play based program that has been in operation for almost 40 years. If you value outside time, community connections, collaboration, and learning together-this may be the place for you! We are proud to hire educators who stay with us for many years, and our families and staff value the relationships that we grow over time.

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a childcare setting or comparable experience with infants and toddlers. Some coursework in early education is preferred, however we will train someone new to the field that is a good match for our program and motivated to grow as an educator.
