• Support the commercial growth of the service line by identifying and prioritizing global sales opportunities
• Educate Sales and Marketing teams on service capabilities and service development
• Manage sales pipelines and provide regular updates on progress against revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with the service line strategy
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer‑facing role, preferably within the healthcare or logistics industries
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

• Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations, healthcare services, or 3PL operations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high‑quality presentations and reports
• Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and changing priorities under pressure
