Competitive CompensationPay for this position is $18.79/hour. This is an hourly position.
Pay for the PCSR I is $18.46/hour.

Position SummaryIn accordance with established policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements, the Patient Care Support Rep II, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs basic nursing care, clerical duties, and patient care tasks as necessary to provide for the comfort and safety of patients.
Statement of PostingApplicants not currently certified as a CNA will be considered. Applicant would onboard as a PCSR I.
QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
High School diploma or GED - License/Certification: CNA in the State of Michigan. Certification by the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS.
- Other Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Basic computer keyboard experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience:
Six (6) months previous health care experience associated with direct patient contact activities. - Strong communication skills necessary to maintain open and honest communication and patient safety requirements.
