RCM Associate Modeler

• Model contracts and maintain payer terms in HDMS and Niko Health
• Analyze and update reimbursement rates and payer allowables based on contract terms
• Assist with identifying payer issues and inconsistencies through reimbursement analysis
• Create and maintain billing codes, procedure groups, and allowable groups
• Stay updated on payer medical policy notices and changes

• Minimum of two to five years of healthcare-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes

• Knowledge of HDMS, Niko Health, and Waystar’s clearinghouse and claims management tools
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a project-based atmosphere
• Natural curiosity to pursue issues and increase expertise
