• Architect, design, and develop a cloud‑based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
• Integrate third‑party interface engines for seamless data exchange between healthcare systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulations, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in cloud development best practices and security measures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure interoperability and compliance with standards

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field
• Strong proficiency in Go programming language
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 and FHIR

• Experience with third‑party interface engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody
• Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns
• Familiarity with implementing modern software engineering practices
