• Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop dashboards and key performance indicators
• Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in Power
  
  BI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
• Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insights and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries

• Experience with Power
  
  BI or similar data visualization tools
• Familiarity with claims operations or insurance industry data
• Strong communication skills to present findings to leadership
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a data analyst role within the insurance sector
