Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Desktop Systems Engineer (Addison, Jacksonville, Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Desktop Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. Senior Desktop Systems Engineer (Addison, Jacksonville, Charlotte)

Addison, TX (On-site)

• Design, build, and maintain Office 365 endpoint client solutions, including Office Professional Plus deployment and updates.
• Develop and document application packaging and deployment strategies to ensure seamless implementation across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sustainable patching and update methodologies for enterprise environments.
• Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Lead efforts in managing ring release processes and integrating new features such as macros and add‑ins.

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 5 years in a financial, health, or insurance environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 client technologies, both on‑premise and cloud‑based.
• Proficiency with Windows OS environments (Windows 10, Windows 11), Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with application packaging tools such as Flexera Admin Studio and Wise scripting, VBS, Power Shell.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
