Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Town of Vermont

One Digital is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Personal Lines Account Manger to service existing clients and help develop new client relationships. Account Managers serve as an important business contact for the client and are responsible for client success and satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Handle tasks in a manner which comply with the agency’s quality control standards

Other Responsibilities:

Enroll in annual Continuing Education to stay updated on changes within the insurance industry.

Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by Team Manager Pursue a program of personal and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

A high school diploma, two years of college or two years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams Strong Time Management skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms and policies.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.### WHAT WE DOWe arein the people business.
