Job Responsibilities & Requirements- The Director of Branch Administration is responsible for leading and optimizing the bank's branch network and call center to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
- This role will support the strategic direction for retail relationships, sales, and services.
- This role will support the implementation of consistent processes across all branches and the call center.
- 10+ years of leadership in retail banking or financial services is required.
- College degree in Business, Finance, or Organizational Leadership is preferred.

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $120,000-$140,000 annually.
