Weekend Machine Operators Needed in Fairfax, VT Fri-Sun 6am – 6:30pm.
Pay: /hr. DOE
Responsibilities:- Reads and interprets Mix Ticket to determine ingredients needed
- Weighs all ingredients needed in order to mix accurately
- Coordinates with Warehouse to return ingredients
- Disassembles and cleans the equipment when the schedule requires according to HACCP standards
- Coordinates with the Quality Control Department regarding necessary quality checks during processes
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Knowledge of good food practices in manufacturing
