• The Marketing & Communications Administrator supports marketing and community engagement efforts for Northfield Savings Bank.
• This person will coordinate multi‑channel campaigns, manage digital and print content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• This role will support NSB events, sponsor ships, and our charitable giving program.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years in marketing, event management, or digital content creation is preferred.
• 2+ years in the financial industry is preferred.

• Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $27.50 to $31.00 per hour.
