Lawson’s Finest Liquids is seeking a Retail Lead to manage the Taproom retail program, including apparel and merchandise, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead on-floor operations as Manager on Duty for 20–24 hours weekly and ensure brand-aligned displays and inventory accuracy.
The ideal candidate brings 2–4+ years in hospitality/retail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and POS systems (Toast preferred).
