POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside veteran mentors in a fast-growing company.

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Bennington area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. and are willing to learn and work hard for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise
• Picking up, loading / unloading, delivering, moving, and disposing of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of construction or handyman experience
• Hands-on experience with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman and construction industry
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service and communication
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable to show up everyday on time and ready to complete your work in a timely and quality fashion
• Able to safely perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools, materials, and equipment
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
