Farm Pick Up Driver

$2,500–$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered to Eligible Candidates

Pay Range: $25–$28/hour + Bonuses

We’re hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers to safely transport raw milk from local farms to processing facilities or terminals using DFA tractors and trailers. Whether you’re looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, you’ll find a rewarding opportunity to be part of something meaningful — and be home every day.

• Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and DFA safety regulations
• Load milk from farm containers into trailer tanks
• Take and label control samples for quality testing
• Measure and document milk volumes and seal numbers for security and traceability
• Follow dispatch schedules, designated routes, and fuel conservation practices
• Maintain strong, respectful communication with local producers
• Represent DFA professionally to all farmers, partners, and regulatory personnel

Full-Time Positions

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Eligibility requirements apply)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (or ability to obtain)
• 1 year of verifiable CDL experience OR graduation from a FMCSA-certified Entry-Level Driver Training program
• Minimum age: 21
• Must meet all DOT requirements
• Basic math, recordkeeping, and English communication skills
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
