Location:
Utah – In-Person. This role can be based at any of our six dealership locations:
Brigham City, UT;
Evanston, WY;
Vernal, UT;
Tremonton, UT;
North Logan, UT.

Job SummaryThe Parts Counterperson assists customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct automotive parts. This role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems.

- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts
Tiempo. - Receive, stock, and track incoming shipments of parts and supplies.
- Provide accurate price quotes and availability information.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to order and replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and well‑maintained.
- Assist in creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Stay up‑to‑date on automotive parts knowledge and dealership promotions.
- Previous experience as a Parts Counterperson Sense or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and dealership systems.
- Proficiency with parts catalog software and dealership management systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
