Location: Vernal, Utah

Salary Range: $145,000 – $190,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations for a healthcare organization in Vernal, UT
. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic pharmacy leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.

• Provide leadership and oversight for all pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations
• Oversee medication safety, quality assurance, and clinical pharmacy services
• Manage pharmacy staff, scheduling, performance, and development
• Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership to optimize patient care
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and best practices

• Active Utah Pharmacy License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D) preferred
• Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and pharmacy operations
