Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist or RN – Home Healthcare for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected healthcare company in Vernal, UT
.
Pay: $35 - $37 per hour based on experience. Sign‑on bonus: $4K. Mileage reimbursement available.
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8a‑5p. Flexible to 4x10 or 5x8 shifts.
Daily Responsibilities- Delivers in‑home respiratory therapy including ventilator management, oxygen therapy setup, patient assessment, and equipment titration per physician orders.
- Provides patient and caregiver education on the safe and effective use of respiratory equipment and monitors compliance with prescribed therapy.
- Performs clinical documentation and follow‑up through electronic charting, telephone support, and in‑person reassessments; participates in on‑call rotation and utilizes personal vehicle for patient visits with mileage reimbursement.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
- Home healthcare experience.
- May be required to obtain license in neighboring states as required by service location.
