The role is a full‑time position managing all aspects of industrial electrical projects, bidding, and training, reporting directly to the electrical project director. Some travel may be required.
The I&E Project Manager earns a competitive salary of $110,000-$135,000 (DOE) that is paid weekly. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and a vehicle allowance.
Qualifications- Electrical Journeyman License preferred, but negotiable
- Experience in an electrical construction environment
- I&E project management experience
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Construction Management degree is preferred, but not required. Strong communication, detail‑orientation, growth mindset, efficiency, pride in work, safety awareness, and customer service skills are essential.

A Day in the Life of an Electrical Project ManagerAs an Electrical Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the overall profitability of each project. You manage all electrical aspects, define project scope and deliverables, and oversee constraints. You create clear, attainable project objectives and ensure quality standards. Your customer service skills enable you to communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions. You plan, execute, and finalize industrial projects within contractual agreements and budgets.
Additionally, you collaborate with the VP, PD, and HR to oversee hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and team motivation.
