. This high-level position requires heavy extended travel to various project sites but candidates must be based out of the Wasatch Front
. BHI will not cover relocation costs for this position.

We offer a competitive compensation package of $41.00 - $60.00 per hour, earned and paid weekly
, commensurate with experience, plus project specific Per Diem for travel. You will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule (averaging 50-60 hours per week during peak operations), providing significant earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a seasoned industry professional.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HDD Foreman
• Valid driver's license
• Prepared to travel extensively for extended periods
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
• Self-driven, organized, safety-conscious, thorough, and possessing a strong work ethic
