Position: Accountant Role with Arrowleaf Holdings
Arrowleaf Real Estate Holdings Ltd. seeks an Accountant to join their team in Vernon, British Columbia. This position offers the chance to engage in full cycle accounting and project financial reporting within a growing real estate firm.

In this role, you’ll report to the Vice-President of Finance and collaborate with the Accounting Manager to manage financial reporting and accounting processes for diverse real estate investments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and facilitating project financial health. Attention to detail and proficiency in Yardi software will enhance your contributions significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting across multiple organizations

• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Perform bank reconciliations and handle cheque runs

• Prepare and submit required tax filings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience with Yardi and proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Progress toward CPA designation is advantageous
