Certified Bookkeeper Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive financial records and accounts

• Reconcile accounts and post journal entries accurately

• Assist in preparation of financial reports monthly

• Manage invoicing process and track payments

• Calculate payroll for in-house and external resources

Requirements:

• Completed college program in accounting or equivalent

• 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Experience in educational settings is an advantage
