As an Administrative Coordinator at Tolko, you'll be pivotal in managing office operations and supporting team events. Your strong organizational and detail-oriented skills will shine as you handle tasks ranging from overseeing the company wide Mobility program to maintaining office supply inventories. We're looking for a proactive team member who excels under pressure and handles confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Mobility program and device management
• Administer fuel card billing and invoicing processes
• Manage office operations and maintain inventory supplies
• Coordinate company events and negotiate vendor agreements
• Support onboarding and preparation of training materials
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Office; JDE experience is an asset
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and pricing
