As part of the City of Vernon's Recreation Events team, you’ll be crucial in processing facility bookings via the Parks and Recreation Management Software. You will confirm that all requirements, such as permits and insurance, are met for facility users and distribute essential reports for staff. Your creativity will help in producing engaging marketing materials for community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Book and manage facilities using PRMS software
• Verify insurance and contract details for facility users
• Prepare daily cash reports and bank deposits
• Assist with the input of information for Active Living Guides
• Conduct meetings and training with user groups
Requirements:
• Completion of an Office Administration Certificate
• A minimum of 2 years’ related experience
• Knowledge of PRMS and related software
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Valid BC Drivers’ License
