Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant II to support Nursing Administration at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. This full-time position is dedicated to coordinating operations and enhancing communication across departments.
In this mid-level role, the successful candidate will bring expertise in administrative tasks, communication, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate departmental workflows effectively
• Compose and manage confidential correspondence for various stakeholders
• Generate detailed reports, presentations, and orientation packages
• Facilitate logistics for meetings, workshops, and teleconferences
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
• Diploma from a recognized secretarial program
• Five years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in computer software and typing at least 50 wpm
• Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
