Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, directing calls, and keeping the reception area organized. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for data entry and administrative tasks supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to customer inquiries via phone and in-person
• Receive, route, and provide directory assistance for calls
• Maintain a well-organized front desk and reception area
• Book meeting and training rooms upon request
• Provide administrative support, including letter preparation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years in a customer-driven environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills for analysis and data entry
• Cheerful personality with high energy
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Office Administration diploma preferred
