The part time Administrative Services Assistant works at Vernon Health Centre, primarily on Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient reception services to clients
• Schedule appointments and manage data entry tasks
• Prepare correspondence and reports as needed
• Respond to inquiries from the public and staff
• Coordinate medical supplies and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Office administration certificate from a recognized institution
• One year recent related experience
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• Typing speed of 40 nwpm
Contribute to the effective operation of Vernon Health Centre through diligent administrative support and client service.
