Receptionist​/Administrator

Habitat Health is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of our clinic and support our mission of providing exceptional care. We are looking for someone part time to cover evenings and vacation.

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Triage clients to the appropriate health professional based on their needs
• Handle insurance filings and minor bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
• Maintain accurate client records using clinic management software
• Support the day-to-day flow of the clinic

• A friendly, professional, and calm demeanor
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy with experience in administrative software
• A passion for helping people and being part of a health-focused environment
• Previous experience in a medical or health clinic setting is a strong asset
