Join Vernon Community Care as a permanent part-time Admin Assistant, providing crucial support for community health programs. Work rotating shifts from 08:00 to 16:00.

This role as an Administrative Services Assistant involves diverse clerical duties that enhance the efficiency of the community care unit. You will be responsible for client scheduling, data entry, preparing correspondence, and inventory maintenance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule client appointments and manage data effectively

• Prepare routine documents and reports as requested

• Respond to inquiries from clients and staff

• Maintain medical and surgical inventories accurately

• Coordinate deliveries of necessary supplies

Requirements:

• Must pass a typing test (40+ nwpm) in the last 24 months

• Office administration certificate from an accredited institution

• One year of relevant clerical experience required

• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
