As a part-time Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable holiday experiences. You will assist staff, interact with guests, and manage daily operations while ensuring a smooth workflow on the Santa photo sets. Your leadership will be key to fostering a warm and festive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct opening and closing operations
• Mentor and guide team members through shifts
• Resolve technical challenges promptly
• Provide excellent service to guests at all times
• Operate photography equipment and POS systems
Requirements:
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to work during peak holiday hours
