Marksmen Construction is hiring full time Construction Helpers in Vernon, BC. Join our team to work on exciting construction projects and gain valuable skills in a supportive environment.
We are looking for four dedicated Construction Helpers for permanent positions. No prior experience is necessary as we provide training.
Your role will involve various tasks such as loading materials, mixing substances, and assisting in the framing and demolition of buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt
• Assist in framing and erecting structures
• Level earth to meet fine grade specifications
• Clean and pile salvaged materials and debris
Requirements:
• No educational prerequisites required
• Willingness to learn on the job
• Ability to communicate in English
• Capacity to perform physical tasks
• Motivation to work in various locations
