Salary Range
$54,000.00 - $74,000.00 annually, based on experience

Job Overview
We are looking for a Service Writer to join our Service team in Vernon, BC. This position will be based out of our Vernon Head Office, BC branch, providing service support for Vernon, BC;
Winnipeg, MB; and the Metso division across Western Canada.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Assist Service Departments with customer service needs, opening and closing work orders, and providing administrative support, including clocking time, warranty, operational flow and billing.

Support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions, aligning with our 'Service First' slogan, ensuring customers’ livelihoods depend on the service received.

Apply organizational best practices, develop personal systems, ensure accuracy, and open and close work orders timely.

Maintain clear communication with service and parts departments regarding work orders and billing, keep customers informed, and identify business opportunities.

Learn new software and effectively communicate with technicians and customers about parts and service.

Qualifications
Collaborative, hardworking, solution-focused, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives on continuous learning. Must be detail-oriented and stay organized.
