Become a Customer Service Expert at Belron Canada and enhance every customer interaction. This role focuses on administrative duties and improving customer experience.

In this position, you’ll ensure the Service Centre operates efficiently while delighting customers through various hands-on tasks. Collaborate with insurance partners and aid customers in receiving top value for their service needs. Your attention to detail will also shine when cleaning vehicles and assisting with small repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute administrative tasks for smooth Centre operation

• Boost customer value and identify performance-enhancing opportunities

• Work with insurance partners for optimal customer satisfaction

• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors and windows

• Shuttle cars to and from the repair facility

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism is a plus

• Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to work across different geographical locations

• Effective organizational and problem-solving capabilities
