At National Seating & Mobility (NSM), we help people move forward with greater independence, confidence and comfort
. We provide personalized seating, mobility and positioning solutions to clients across Canada—and we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be an important part of that journey.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email.
  • Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs.
  • Coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials, demonstrations and rentals.
  • Build strong relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment.
  • Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems.
  • Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and track equipment.
  • Manage equipment reservations and rentals with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Process delivery, billing, reservation and service information.
  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with the branch team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You Bring
  • Customer service experience, preferably with technical products, equipment or services.
  • Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls, client visits and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
