Client Experience Specialist
to be an important part of that journey.

- Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email.
- Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs.
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials, demonstrations and rentals.
- Build strong relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment.
- Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems.
- Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and track equipment.
- Manage equipment reservations and rentals with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process delivery, billing, reservation and service information.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Work closely with the branch team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Customer service experience, preferably with technical products, equipment or services.
- Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls, client visits and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
