As a Front End Cashier, you play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities include processing customer transactions, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and operating the Customer Service Desk proficiently. You will also assist in training junior staff and support other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service during transactions
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer according to policies
• Operate Customer Service Desk for various inquiries
• Maintain merchandise in the Front End Department
• Train junior staff members to ensure consistency
Requirements:
• Basic numeracy skills for transaction processing
• Ability to work independently in a busy setting
