As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, utilize smartphone technology for managing rentals, and maintain equipment on-site. Engage with customers both inside and outside the U-Haul center, ensuring they receive exceptional service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with U-Haul services and products
• Manage rentals using U-Scan technology
• Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect rental equipment
• Prepare invoices and accept returned equipment
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to use safety gear in a hands-on environment
• Commitment to U-Haul training programs
