You ll be joining a skilled team of five pediatricians, with two conveniently located offices just minutes away from Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

Experience a wide variety of pediatric cases, backed by first-rate community resources for more complex situations. Here, you have the flexibility to shape your practice around your unique interests and expertise, setting your own hours to create the work-life balance you need. In the hospital, you ll have reliable nursing support available, along with 9 delivery rooms, a nursery for 4 babies, and a pediatric area with beds for 5 young patients.

You’ll have the opportunity to bring your expertise to our specialized diabetes clinic, if this aligns with your passions. You’ll also have the chance to inspire and guide medical students and residents, if teaching is something you enjoy, through a UBC faculty appointment. Leadership roles and quality improvement projects are plentiful, allowing you to make your mark and grow professionally.

We currently have an income guarantee in place, meaning you ll earn a minimum of $2,250/24 hrs + MOCAP. Depending on the length of your journey, you can earn between $250-$1,500 for your travel time, and reasonable expenses for transport and accommodation are reimbursed. • You ll hold, or be eligible for, licensure with the CPSBC.
• If you  a US-trained physician with ABMS certification in pediatrics, you may be eligible to practice under the USA certified class.
• To practice medicine here, you  have coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
