As a full-time Medical Oncologist, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of oncologists and allied health professionals. You'll engage in a mix of clinical practices, educational programs, and innovative research activities. Your expertise will significantly impact cancer care delivery in the Southern Interior Region of British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a team of medical and GP oncologists
• Engage in clinical, educational, and research activities
• Report directly to the Department Head of Medical Oncology
• Provide quality patient care based on best practices
• Contribute to initiatives enhancing cancer treatment approaches
Requirements:
• Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Special Competence in Medical Oncology
• Eligibility for full licensure in British Columbia
• Clinical appointment eligibility at UBC, Division of Medical Oncology
• Experience in multidisciplinary care settings
• Commitment to professional development and patient care
