Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic healthcare to families and individuals
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Implement advanced EMR for improved patient care
• Engage in community health and wellness programs
• Support your professional growth while focusing on life balance
Requirements:
• CCFP certification and CPSBC standing required
• CMPA coverage or willingness to complete credentialing
• Strong focus on community and holistic patient care
• Experience in a similar healthcare environment preferred
