Vernon Jubilee Hospital is looking for certified emergency medicine physicians (FRCPC or CCFP) to join our team of 15 professionals. You'll enjoy excellent specialist support with at least double physician coverage and access to advanced imaging services. This full-service emergency department sees approximately 60,000 visits annually, offering a dynamic environment for growth and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive emergency medical services
• Assist with trauma cases and patient care assessments
• Mentor medical students and participate in residency program
• Collaborate with internal and external specialists
• Engage in professional development through Interior Health’s programs
Requirements:
• Certification in Emergency Medicine required (FRCPC or CCFP)
• Proven experience in emergency settings
• Strong commitment to collaborative care
• Desire to contribute to resident education
• Interest in diverse medical conditions and procedures
